1. Q: Who is shop4zim?

   A: We a group of Zimbabweans based in the UK and in Zim who want to help our fellow countrymen and women.

2. Q: What do you offer?

   A: We offer a much simpler way for you to shop 4 and help your people in Zim online. We have all types of products on offer plus a system to help pay your family and friends bills and rent you can always contact us for any extra or personal help.

3. Q : How much do you charge for delivery?

   A : We charge £8,00 for deliveries anywhere in Zimbabwe and any orders over £100 are free of any delivery charge

4. Q : How long will the process take once I have made an order?

   A : Our deliveries will now take place on the 25th of every month in Harare, Mutare, Masvingo, Kwe Kwe and Gweru. Our Bulawayo deliveries will take place during the first week of every month and on the 25th of every month.

5. Q : Why should I choose shop4zim?

   A : Because we are genuine and actually talk to and keep our customers informed there are many other shops out there but beware of tsotsis try us and you will see we do deliver.

6. Q : Where do you get your goods from?

   A : We try to get local stuff if we can but this is difficult so we have to purchase our products from Botswana and South Africa

7. Q : What if I don't have a credit or debit card to make payments?

8. Q: Is it safe to make card payments?

   A: It is completely safe, we use WORLD FAMOUS GOOGLE CHECKOUT so we don't see any of your card or personal details.

   A: Log on check the products you wish to purchase click the products into your shopping basket and you will then be directed to GOOGLE CHECKOUT for an easy sign-up.
